Consideration Meditation Class

In this very powerful yet simple meditation we apply classic Taoist techniques to everyday needs and desires of the brain; to categorize and to contextualize. But in doing so we train the brain’s functions which want to help us make decisions to flash-consider and move on. Moving these thoughts on to our powerful subconscious mind and bringing the balance of the two into spaciousness that is appropriate. It’s not a trick to meditate but a technique developed by understanding the brain’s biology and psychology as well as accepting of the Taoist Way of flow.
